Last updated: May 23, 2026

Program Name

RTMLink Remote Therapeutic Monitoring

Program Description

RTMLink delivers daily symptom surveys and exercise program check-ins to patients enrolled in a Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) program by their physical therapy provider. Messages contain a secure link to a personalized survey on the RTMLink platform where patients report on their symptoms, pain levels, and exercise completion.

Message Frequency

Up to 1 message per day, typically sent in the morning at a time configured by your healthcare provider. Additional messages may be sent for account-related communications (e.g., opt-in/opt-out confirmations, welcome messages).

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan. RTMLink does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may apply standard messaging rates.

Opt-In

By providing your phone number and consent to your healthcare provider during clinical enrollment, you agree to receive recurring automated SMS messages from RTMLink on behalf of your clinic. Consent is not a condition of receiving healthcare services.

Opt-Out

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message from RTMLink. You will receive a one-time confirmation message. You may also ask your healthcare provider to remove SMS as a communication method from your care plan.

Help

For assistance, reply HELP to any message from RTMLink. You will receive a response with support contact information. You may also contact your healthcare provider directly for questions about your RTM program.

Supported Carriers

RTMLink SMS is supported on all major US wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your phone number and message data are protected under our Privacy Policy and HIPAA regulations. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Survey responses are shared only with your healthcare provider for clinical care purposes.
