RTMLink, LLC ("RTMLink," "we," "our") operates a Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) platform that enables physical therapy clinics to send daily symptom surveys and exercise program check-ins to their patients via SMS and email. When your healthcare provider enrolls you in their RTM program through RTMLink, we may collect:
RTMLink operates as a Business Associate under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). We maintain a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with each healthcare provider using our platform. Your Protected Health Information (PHI) is handled in accordance with HIPAA's Privacy, Security, and Breach Notification Rules.
